- Provide a summary and annual update of TFI’s recent research and forecasts in key communication technologies and their impacts on depreciation and valuation
- Provide summaries and annual updates of other experts’ research in the same areas
- Present independent expert knowledge on changing communication technologies that have or will have an impact on depreciation and valuation
- Present illuminating discussions of current and emerging issues facing the communications industry as they related to depreciation and valuation
- Address current methodological issues of forecasting, costing, depreciation, valuation and appraisal practice

*TFI will issue State of Texas CPE certificates (Texas calls them CEs) to registrants on request, with the credits depending on attendance. It's the student's responsibility to determine whether the credits meet their CPE requirements and submit them for approval. The CPE category is Property Tax Professionals - Appraisal Standards and Methodology. If you would like us to inquire about approval for other type of CPEs, please let us know as soon as possible!
