He has held technical, marketing, program management, and corporate strategy positions at leading companies such as Chevron, Sun Microsystems, Dell, and Tivoli, in addition to experience as a serial entrepreneur in startups funded by a mix of bootstrapping and angel and venture capital investors.

Dub has extensive experience in building and leveraging state-of-the-art networks and systems for peer-to-peer (P2P) and centralized network storage, embedded systems, Ajax web applications, next-generation TV, high performance clustered computing, remote sensing and measurement, systems and network management, and factory automation and process control. He is also the lead inventor of a unique "penunidirectional" flow-based wireless mesh network protocol ideal for many monitoring and telemetry applications. His work has led to significant business and/or technical benefits for NASA, Baker Hughes, Hewlett-Packard Research, US Navy Metrology Lab, Ann Taylor Stores, Pratt & Whitney, BF Goodrich Aerospace, Aramco Services, and several regional hospital systems among many others.
