Gary Wiggins
Executive Director - Property Tax, AT&T Inc.
Gary Wiggins is the Executive Director of Property Tax for AT&T Inc, where he is responsible for company property tax matters across all lines of business in some 37 states. Prior to his present position he was National Tax Director for AT&T Corp with responsibility for all property tax matters throughout the country.
Previously, he served as a member of the State Tax Commission of Missouri with responsibility for general administration of property tax matters throughout the state including direct responsibility for the valuation of public utilities and railroads. He was also Chief Commercial/Industrial Appraiser for the Jackson County, Missouri Division of Assessment.
He has been member of the Planning Committee for the annual Wichita State University Workshop on the Appraisal of Communications, Energy and Transportation Properties. He holds the Appraisal designations of ASA and CAE, and a BA in Applied Behavioral Science.
