Largest focus is California. Started with AT&T in 1999. Previous property tax work was as a private consultant, tax manager for PacifiCorp for 16 years, and a utility appraiser for the state of Idaho. BS in Economics from the University of Idaho. Over 39 years in the property tax field. Active for many years in various positions with Wichita Appraisal Program, NAPTR-TEC, and WSATR.
