Roadmapping
Imagine getting on a plane or cruise ship with a captain who has no plan for where he or she is about to take you. Unthinkable, right? Yet, today, many leaders operate their businesses and government organizations without knowing where they will be in ten, five, or even one year. Roadmapping is a strategic and operational approach that is being used extensively in business today, as well as in the political world, to help organizations chart where they are going and how they are going to get there.
