Kelly Necessary
Senior Director, Property Tax, Time Warner Cable
Kelly is the Senior Director at Time Warner Cable since June of 2007. Her responsibilities include overall management of the property tax and state and local income tax operations for all affiliates within the Time Warner Cable legal structure, including the cable, digital phone and HSD segments.
Kelly has extensive experience in the planning and implementation of state tax strategies for large multistate corporations. She has assisted companies with the implementation of corporate restructurings, has performed multistate return reviews, and has assisted with the identification and implementation of above-the-line tax opportunities.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Kelly practiced in the multistate tax practices of both KPMG LLP and Deloitte Tax LLP for over 13 years.
Kelly received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is currently a CPA in North Carolina.
