Allison is currently manages the Property Tax function for the nation’s sixth largest wireless service provider. Cricket has operations in 35 states and $4B in assets. Actively managed audits, valuation, negotiations and appeals, litigation, developed/strengthened working relationships with assessors and appraisers, wrote and implemented policies and procedures, automated budgeting and accrual processes, built Excel-based relational databases, mentored staff, initiated and led cross-functional ghost asset removal projects, designed process improvements and custom data reports, reviewed and approved annual property tax returns, implemented Business License software, customized billing systems for gross receipts/sales/telecom taxes, led an effective and productive tax team including consultants and attorneys. Member of the leadership team of Cricket’s employee resource group and promoted twice while at the Company.

Earlier at Deloitte Tax LLP, Allison specialized in complex properties including the compliance, appraisal and valuation, and bill payment functions for public utilities. Served clients across multiple industries, including telecommunications, railroad, pipeline, airline, electric generation, manufacturing, and natural gas storage. Directly responsible for preparing and streamlining Deloitte’s weighted average cost of capital studies utilized in multi-billion dollar value negotiations.
