Property Tax Manager, Centurylink
Claire Chase is the Tax Manager for Centurylink Communications Company Her responsibilities include managing the compliance, valuation, litigation and legislative issues for Centurylink properties. She has served Centurylink (Formerly Sprint properties) for 30 years. Ms. Chase graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA in Accounting in 1983 and a Masters of Accounting in 1984. Ms. Chase also holds a CPA certificate. She is a member of IAAO and IPT. In addition to serving on the executive committee for FUTMA for 10 years, she has also served on the Planning and Executive Committees for the National Association of Property Tax Representatives and is the current Co-Chairman for the Wichita Appraisal for Ad Valorem Tax Conference Planning Committee.
