President, Allnet Insights & Analytics
Brian Goemmer has been in the wireless telecommunications sector for over 17 years and is the President of AllNet Insights & Analytics (Jan 2011-Present), an independent wireless spectrum research and consulting firm. AllNet Insights & Analytics has a specific focus on spectrum, wireless technology, 4G engineering and design, 4G network construction, WiFi off-loading, regulatory compliance, and the applications that drive 4G usage and adoption.
Mr. Goemmer was previously Director of Regulatory, Affiliates and Special Events at Clearwire Communications, an operating subsidiary of Clearwire Corporation. Clearwire provides a next generation 4G network to its customers and six wholesale partners. It covers over 120 million pops in the United States. His primary responsibility was to lead management of Clearwire's radio spectrum portfolio and the contractual and regulatory obligations for each spectrum licensee or call sign. In addition, Mr. Goemmer provided 4G technology demonstrations and network site tours for investors, analysts, and high profile guests. During his first two years at Clearwire, he managed and developed the technical operations team that now supports nearly 15,000 sites in Clearwire's network. AllNet Labs produces a Spectrum Ownership Analysis Tool which allows users to visualize and analyze spectrum ownership for all of the mobile carrier and satellite frequency bands, including an analysis of a carrier's LTE channel configuration and capacity.
