Mr. Ralph Sapoznik graduated from Fundação Getúlio Vargas School of Business and the University of São Paulo Law School where he studied the relationship among regulation, law, and economics. He has worked for a Brazilian law firm in the areas of telecom and capital markets, which includes the ongoing Brazilian Privatization Program and passage of the new telecom bill. His previous professional experience was in the consumer goods industry and trading companies.

Ralph participated in the U.S. Law and Legal Institutions program at the University of Wisconsin Law School and Wisconsin Institute for International Legal Programs. He represented Brazil in the Latin America Financial Strategy Seminar in Caracas. His articles have been published in the São Paulo Journal of Law, as well as by the Brazilian Association of Computer and Telecom Law and the Computer Law Association (Washington, DC).
