Mr. Curt Rogers is a Senior Research Consultant with Technology Futures, Inc. (TFI). His interests are focused on the practical application of technological forecasting models and financial analysis for the telecommunications industry. He has taken part in a number of technology-related research projects in areas such as the use of phased-array antennas to increase the capacity of wireless communications systems, the impact of regulations on technology advancements in the telecommunications industry, and the changing roles of satellites in wireless communications. Prior to joining TFI, Mr. Rogers was an Analyst in the Defense and Resource Management Department for the RAND Corporation where he provided systems and cost analyses to assist Air Force leadership with technology, policy, and planning issues.

Mr. Rogers holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in aeronautical engineering from M.I.T.
